Good Girl, Bad Period.
by Silvia Young

Good Girl, Bad Period is a collection of stories breaking the silence on misogyny and gaslighting through the lens of Endometriosis. Along with curricular commentary and guided narration, the anthology projects a snapshot in time of vast lived experiences at the forefront to nurture conversation, community, critical thinking, and a generation embarking on patient-centered solutions. More than 80 contributors and seven regional interviewees across four continents, 13 countries, and 22 states represent not only 200 million people with endometriosis, but also billions more trying to access healthcare globally.

Flo's Friends:
A Wellness Guide Beyond Menstruation

by Silvia Young
There are books about menstruation, but more often than not, youth are in the dark about related women's health conditions. This book goes “beyond menstruation” to educate and dispel the myth of "bad and painful periods" with easy-to-understand symptom descriptions and resources to empower their voice in seeking accurate diagnosis. Flo introduces a language for diseases largely dismissed and misdiagnosed. No one should suffer for ten (or more) years before learning about endometriosis, adenomyosis, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, polycystic ovary syndrome, interstitial cystitis, and uterine fibroids. An informed generation is a generation with unlimited potential. And it's about time.
